Telecommunications Senior Management Program

This program is designed for executive and senior managers responsible for the management of a telecommunications organization (PTT's as well as new entrants).

Objectives:

  • To enhance the participants' decision-making skills and to impart operating methods in the areas of network administration, rural telecommunications, service development, as well as the overall management of a telecommunications organization in a competitive environment; and
  • To provide the participants with first-hand experience of the nature and scope of Canada's telecommunications expertise, products and services.

This program is designed for senior managers from both the public and private sector (i.e. policy-makers, regulators, executives from operating entities and financial institutions) responsible for the management and development of ICT services.
